Learned Helplessness is real and debilitating requiring one to fight with all their might to be released from its clutches.  The complexity of this syndrome also lies in how it just “creeps” into ones life and subtly establishes itself in an individuals psyche and persona.  Before you know it you are not in control of your life nor your destiny.  It is both physically and mentally exhausting destroying hope, happiness, ambition and peace in its wake.
